A VALLEY OF “PATA NEGRA”!
This valley, located at Cordoba’s province, is a place where you could feel calm and relax. Absolute peace hardly disturbed by the sound of the holm oak leaves and the birds. There is no better way to start the day than enjoying the local cuisine with a good olive oil toast with Pedroches’ ham! Magical place in where we will follow a path that will take us to the sanctuary of the Virgin of the Moon that houses the Queen of the Pedroches "the milk cow". A path full of life colours where we could get the chance to meet a wild deer will crossing our way. Don't leave without visiting the hot springs center!

ACCOMMODATION
The Rural Hotel Las Monteras is located at Villanueva del Rey. It has full equipped rooms, a hall, bathroom with hydromassage and views to the Sierra Morena mountains, the pool or the garden. It also has Wi-Fi, restaurant and free private parking.

PROGRAM 
3 days 2 night in room only + low difficulty hiking tour and visit to the ham “secadero” (the place where hams are let to dry and mature) in Hinojosa del Duque.

Visit to the Santa Clara Convent at Belalcázar and Guide Virgin Shrine at Villanueva del Duque, on your own (very recommended)

It includes:

- 2 nights at the Hotel Las Monteras*** into a double room or similar Hotel. 
-Afternoon visit to the Ham Secadero with hiking tour with a companion guide (16:00-18:30).

If the Hotel is not available for the chosen days a similar one will be offered.
